All sales are final. Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. We mean it lovingly — but we mean it.
However we've got you if something goes wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right. Just email us at Jennifer@ChaosTherapy.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
